Got product and charged battery full but battery is defective. Contacted seller very slow response to none. Did repairs and got parts myself.
I can't ride it because the body of the bike is too high , a lower ( step-thru) body style would be more senior friendly .

BETTER THAN SLICED BREAD, THE WHEEL, INTERNET AND CELL PHONES. Got my wife's bike today--OMG. Only took less than an hour and away I went to make sure it worked well and to see what an Ebike is like and all about and I AM SOLD. With my bum knee having osteoarthritis, it's hard for me to bike over 30 minutes on my Trek but with this, hell I could go for miles. Just a lovely bike and everything was perfectly adjusted right out of the box.I will now have to order mine because I AM SOLD on this Ebike. Why pay $1000's for one when this is all one needs. Will be ordering my black one today. Thanks Ancheer for making an Ebike most of us can afford.
Wow. Just wow. I'm 65+ male. Love to cycle in NW Arkansas on the 10' wide ADA trails here (not the dirt trails). Have done the 35+ mile Razorback Greenway several times on convential bike, but the many hills were getting tougher. So I ordered this. Arrived several days ahead of schedule. Was able to assemble in about an hour and a half, no big issues. Instructions said to charge battery 4-6 hours. Battery instructions said 24 hours. I did about 6. Took it on a 5 mile ride, including 2 very steep inclines. Peddling was effortless on level and downhills, because the electric assist took over almost completely. Level 1, 2, or 3 didn't seem to matter much. It clearly worked harder on the two inclines, but pulled like a champ. The second one I had not been able to do on a conventional bike in several years, but did it with this bike without breaking a sweat. After the ride, battery had declined from 5 (full charge) to 2. Between the short charge time and the two inclines, I wasn't surprised. Bottom line: off to a great start! Now we'll see how it holds up over time!
I have added a co-pilot bike trailer to my electric bike so I can tow my wife as a tandem bike. It works great when we ride on the trails and helps a lot going uphill or when we get tired. We can still sweat when paddling but can relax and enjoy the view when we run out of juice. It's a great way to exercise and enjoy the ride easily with this bike. Lots of fun for me and my wife. It's a bit heavy to load and unload from the car but still manageable for me. Save the hassle of installing a bike rack.
